Notes & Cancellation Policy
- All prices are subject to change.
- Prices listed are the minimum and are tailored to each individual.
- Toners, Treatments and Single Foils are all add-on services with minimum of a Blow Dry service.
- Bang trims and line ups are complimentary for existing clients within 6 weeks and 2 weeks respectively.
Your appointments are very important to the team members of Textür Studio. It is reserved just for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations.
- Cancellation within 24 hours – 10% of Service (1 hour or under), 30% (2-3 hours), 50% (3+ hours) to be charged to credit card.
- Cancellation within 12 hours – 25% of Service (1 hour or under), 34% (2-3 hours), 55% (3+ hours) to be charged to credit card.
- Cancellation within 8 hours – 40% of Service (1 hour or under), 54% (2-3 hours), 86% (3+ hours) to be charged to credit card.
- No Show Appointment – 90% of Service to be charged to credit card (first time), 100% of service to be charged for ongoing no shows.
- Clients with one or more no shows will be require to pay 100% of future appointment (with remainder additional costs upon completion of appointment).
- Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations will have to secure future bookings with valid credit card.
- LONG APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT: All appointments 3 hours or longer will require a $100 deposit that will be put towards the service. This deposit is non-refundable.
